Social media secrets for editors with Amanda Kendle

17 February, 2015

Social media is the zeitgeist in today’s digital world. We kick off our first networking meeting of the new year by exploring the most effective ways to use social media as an editor. Can going online improve your bottom line by raising your professional profile or promoting your editing business?

Leading social media consultant Amanda Kendle writes a successful travel blog which frequently takes her to exotic climes. She also teaches social media at UWA Extension and has mentored many in Perth’s online community who blog for fun and profit.

If you’ve ever wondered whether writing a blog is worth the slog, whether others would pay you to write or edit a blog, or whether there are secrets to maximising LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook as marketing tools, come and hear Amanda share her insights and tips.

Amanda is a self-confessed chocoholic so we promise something chocolicious will be served in her honour.
